three months

Maeve is THREE months! I can't even believe it! She is so pleasant and is the happiest baby! She wakes up happy, goes to sleep happy and is just the best baby! I don't know how I got so lucky but I am in love with her! She weighs 13 pounds and is getting tan legs and chunky thighs.

Maeve's Favorite Things:

-Still loves looking in the mirror.

-Loves grabbing toys and always has to have one in her mouth.

-Loves going to Grandmas and playing with Jack.

My Favorite Things About Maeve:

-Her babbles and noises. She is definitely finding her voice and loves trying to copy you.

-Her laugh! She doesn't show it often but when she does I melt! The first time she laughed was for mom and I caught it on video!
-How she smiles ALL the time! She is the best!

 Fun Things Maeve Has Done:

 -Played with her grandparents and great grandmas. 

And it was so special to have her meet Grandma Carol the day before she passed away. 

-She got to meet her cousins from NY.

Sam gave Maeve a name and a blessing on August 23rd, 2020. It was a wonderful blessing and lots of our family got to attend. We kept the gathering small due to COVID but it was still a very special and happy day.  Maeve even got to wear the dress from my blessing (technically the dress Megan wore, but still so special!) She looked so cute and was so happy that day!

Lindsey took some amazing pictures of her and the family which was super nice. And Jody and Lindsey also helped us make some flower arrangements for that day. We also used some cute tablecloths that mom had. For food we had pulled pork, salads, fruit, veggies and pie for dessert. 

 We are so lucky to have all these friends and family who support us and Maeve.

Maeve's Favorite Things:

-Bath time with Daddy

-Swimming! 

She could be in the pool for hours!

-Playing with family

My Favorite Things About Maeve:

-How happy she is when she wakes up! (I have so many videos of her so smiley!)

-How she is getting so talkative.

-That she is the best sleeper 9pm-7am!

-That she is so responsive and learning better coordination with grabbing and holding onto things.

-How she smiles with her whole body!

-How she is getting so strong! 

She can even roll from her belly to her back when she feels like it.

-Hiked to Bridesmaid Falls

-Hiked Albion Basin to Cecret Lake

(fun fact: last time we did this hike Sept 28th was the day I found out I was pregnant with Maeve and I kept it a secret the whole time!)

and did it in the rain too!

-Walked to Bridal Veil Falls

-Hogs Hollow Trail Hike with the girls and cousin Jack

-Park City Trip with the Tippetts

-Hiked Stewart Falls 

-Hiked to Lake Mary
